About the role
Part-time Nurse Practitioner position at Neko Health in SoHo, New York, with hybrid work arrangement. Responsibilities include delivering preventive-care screenings using high-resolution skin imaging and AI-powered decision support, creating action-oriented health plans, educating members on risk factors, and collaborating with Physicians and care teams.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive preventive health screenings using Neko's high-resolution skin imaging, cardiovascular assessments, and AI-powered decision support.
- Create personalized, action-oriented health plans from screening data.
- Educate members on dermatological and cardiovascular risk factors and lifestyle strategies.
- Escalate findings to Physicians for review as needed to ensure continuity of care.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operators, Physicians, and care teams to improve end-to-end member experience.
Qualifications
- Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license.
- National board certification (ANCC or AANP) in good standing.
- At least 1 year of post-residency experience.
- Must meet NY independent practice requirement.
- Recent outpatient experience (at least 1 year in the past 5 years).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Comfort working in a tech-forward, fast-moving clinical environment.
- Availability to work Fridays and Saturdays from 7:00am-4:30pm.
