About the role

Mid-Market Account Executive responsible for driving new business growth for Gong Foundations through outbound prospecting, owning the full sales cycle, and achieving quarterly new business quotas.

Responsibilities

  • Source and manage a pipeline of net-new prospects through proactive outbound prospecting, from lead to close.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects.
  • Build strong relationships with net-new logos to drive them through the sales cycle to close.
  • Run and implement pilot programs.
  • Maintain weekly sales forecast and achieve new business quota quarterly.

Qualifications

  • Located in the Lehi area within a commutable distance to our office, with the ability to work our hybrid schedule of 3 days/week in-office.
  • 2+ years of relevant new business/net-new logo closing experience, in addition to outbound SDR/BDR experience.
  • Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience, with clear examples of closing net-new deals $50k-$250K.
  • Previous experience selling a platform solution.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving new business sales goals (President's Club, Rep of the Year, etc).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience selling to sales leaders is a plus.
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
  • A strong team player but still a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
