About the role

Customer Success Manager focused on the Bulgarian market (Sofia) for Lexroom/Praven, responsible for expanding ARR, managing renewals, and serving as the main contact between Lexroom and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on Lexroom and a product evangelist, identifying new use cases and expansion opportunities within your customer base.
  • Drive Lexroom's ambitious ARR growth from the installed base, helping position the company as a European market leader.
  • Own the entire funnel for existing business: run checkpoints and business reviews, uncover expansion needs, and close upsells and uplifts.
  • Managing renewals and leading churn management—protecting and growing recurring revenue by getting ahead of risk and keeping customers engaged.
  • Work closely with customers to identify their pain points, goals, and development opportunities, and be the main point of contact between Lexroom and our customers.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales, account management, or customer-facing commercial role.
  • Familiar with sales support tools (HubSpot, Notion, etc.).
  • Eager to join a rapidly growing startup.
  • Optional but a bonus: You have a law degree.
  • You speak Bulgarian and English.
