About the role

Growth Engineer role focusing on running end-to-end growth experiments across the self-serve journey (website, signup, pricing, checkout, onboarding) and building experimentation infrastructure and internal tools. Reports to VP of Growth and collaborates with Growth PM, growth engineer, marketing, and design.

Responsibilities

  • Go after big swings. Size ideas to move a funnel step by 30 to 40 percentage points and iterate even after failures.
  • Build and improve the experimentation infrastructure (feature flags, account-level assignment, exposure logging, server-side outcomes, holdouts).
  • Keep conversion data accurate (event design, funnel definitions, reliable readouts).
  • Own what you ship after launch: monitor results on a set date and decide whether to keep, change, or remove it.
  • Build internal tools that let the team run more experiments with less manual work.

Qualifications

  • You have run growth experiments end to end (hypothesis, test design, build, data readout).
  • Proficient production code: strong React and TypeScript on frontend; Node.js and databases on backend; stack includes React, Node.js, Next.js.
  • Ability to size tests and determine run time and readability of results.
  • SQL and analytics fluency: funnels, cohorts, event design.
  • B2B SaaS experience.
  • Experience shipping with Claude Code, Cursor or equivalent.
  • Product judgment and product taste, ability to translate ideas into product screens and collaborate with design.
