About the role

Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO, managing scheduling, communications, travel, and events to enable the CEO to focus on high-impact opportunities. Fast-paced, highly organized role at a rapidly scaling AI SaaS company.

Responsibilities

  • Own the CEO's calendar, coordinating meetings across customers, investors, candidates, and internal stakeholders
  • Manage and prioritize inbound communications, including email triage and drafting responses
  • Coordinate travel, logistics, and scheduling for internal and external engagements
  • Support key company events, including board meetings, leadership offsites, and customer or investor gatherings
  • Build processes and systems that improve executive efficiency as the company scales

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders, preferably at a venture-backed startup or in a high-performance environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written communication skills and sound judgment
  • A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
