About the role

Product Marketing Manager to build and scale Serval's sales enablement engine, translating complex AI capabilities into messaging and enablement materials to accelerate AE ramp and enable enterprise sales.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale the sales enablement program, including the onboarding curriculum, demo certification, objection handling, and competitive education
  • Improve sales ramp time and effectiveness by creating high-impact content such as one-pagers and cheatsheets, then turn assets into reusable templates and repeatable systems
  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear messaging, sales narratives, and customer-facing value propositions for AEs
  • Partner with Engineering and Sales leadership to prepare AEs to position and sell new capabilities, turning release notes/product updates into draft enablement quickly
  • Identify friction points in the sales process and create assets to move deals forward
  • Listen to Gong calls to understand what's working/not, and design agentic AI workflows to mine calls at scale for enablement updates
  • Prototype, deploy, and own an AI-powered enablement engine that drafts cheatsheets, scripts, and training modules from product specs, Gong insights, and messaging frameworks
  • Become the internal model for how a modern enablement function operates with higher output per person and automatically updated enablement library

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of product marketing experience at a high-growth B2B technology company, with sales enablement a key component
  • Strong oral and written communication for various audiences, including technical content
  • Comfort using AI tools in daily workflow and enthusiasm for building agentic systems
  • Willingness to travel domestically to train AEs at other offices
  • Bachelor's degree
