About the role

BDR on the Field Services sales team responsible for generating qualified opportunities for Account Executives through high-volume outbound prospecting and collaboration with AEs in a remote-first, B2B SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, SMS and other channels
  • Roughly 100+ calls per day
  • Generate a certain level of qualified prospects who book and attend a discovery/demo meeting with an AE
  • Utilize sales tools including our CRM, sales engagement platforms, and prospecting databases
  • Work closely with the AEs to understand how you can best support them and to learn from them to further your sales career

Qualifications

  • Some professional experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional phone presence and demonstrated listening skills
  • Comfort with high-volume cold calling and email outreach (100+ calls per day minimum)
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools (HubSpot is a huge plus)
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Urgent enthusiasm to learn and excel in your career
