About the role

Chief of Staff to work directly with the founders, driving the company’s highest-priority initiatives across enterprise sales, customer success, hiring, marketing, and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect key accounts and build relationships with partners and decision-makers at private equity firms
  • Drive enterprise pilots through to adoption and conversion
  • Run day-to-day operations and admin
  • Stand up cross-functional initiatives to drive growth and tighten internal operations
  • Support hiring, from sourcing through closing candidates

Qualifications

  • Comfortable in a technical and financial environment. You don't need an engineering or finance background, but you must converse with both engineers and PE professionals and understand their problems
  • Highly organized and independent
  • A true generalist willing to take on whatever needs to get done for company growth
  • Proactive and solution-focused with a track record of driving impact
