About the role

Senior Learning Program Manager to oversee curriculum development and content delivery for Stepful’s programs. Hybrid role in lower Manhattan reporting to Head of Learning.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee content development projects, including refining existing programs and managing the successful launch of new programs
  • Lead a team of curriculum developers and subject matter experts to support content creation efforts
  • Establish and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure our educational programs consistently meet high standards of accuracy and relevance
  • Experiment with new content modalities to enhance student learning experience, including skills lab, simulation, etc.
  • Conduct and analyze data on program performance, learners engagement and outcomes. Use data driven insights to make informed decisions and drive program improvements

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in program management or curriculum development, preferably in an EdTech environment
  • Experience managing end-to-end content development and the ability to break down complex technical concepts into digestible elements
  • Experience in instructional design, preferably in an online/virtual context
  • The ability to thrive in a startup environment that requires scrappiness, resilience, and adaptability
  • Strong understanding of EdTech, online pedagogy, and adult learners’ needs
  • Analytical and data-driven decision making skills
  • Strong communication skills
