About the role

Level99 is hiring for multiple on-site roles at the West Hartford, CT location during an in-person recruitment event. The team works in a dynamic entertainment venue offering games, a bar, and restaurant services. Roles include Bartender, Line Cook, Support (Busser/Runner), FOH Supervisor, and Guest Experience Associate.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guest experiences and service in a fast-paced entertainment venue.
  • Support bar, kitchen, and front-of-house operations as needed.
  • Greet guests, assist with inquiries, and ensure smooth flow of activities.
  • Uphold level of customer service consistent with Level99 standards.

Qualifications

  • Passion for fast-paced, customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks on the job.
  • Energetic, positive attitude with attention to detail.
