About the role

The Dishwasher is an essential hands-on role in the Food & Beverage department responsible for warewashing, utility tasks, and limited food preparation as instructed by Back of House leadership, with emphasis on teamwork and safety to ensure efficient service.

Responsibilities

  • Uphold Level99's core concept and cultural values in all actions
  • Maintain composure and professionalism
  • Recognize and actively contribute to the larger team's success
  • Proactively maintain employee safety, addressing potential risks to staff and guest well-being
  • Maintain a Food Safe environment within our venues through active participation
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize all dishes, smallware, and cookware, ensuring their proper return and organization
  • Support the team in preparing for and carrying out all cleaning, maintenance, and organizational duties
  • Participate in the correct receiving and storage of food deliveries as requested
  • Assist the Back of House team with basic food preparation tasks
  • Perform all other duties as requested

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to remain composed and effective in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Capacity to work efficiently under pressure in a constantly evolving setting
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Maintains a positive, respectful, and courteous attitude towards all team members
