About the role

Senior Product Manager focused on Application Protection & Governance within Cloudflare's Application Security team. responsible for defining product direction, driving adoption, and delivering security capabilities across web, API, and related workloads at global scale.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Product Ownership: Own the entire user journey for your product portfolio, across programmatic APIs and user-facing dashboards (UX).
  • Roadmap & Strategy: Define, prioritize, and own the product roadmap based on security landscape and customer pain points.
  • Voice of the Customer: Gather direct feedback from customers and partners to inform the product lifecycle.
  • Iterative Execution: Ship features with engineering, iterate rapidly based on data and real-world results.
  • Go-to-Market & Documentation: Own customer-facing communications and technical documentation for complex security features.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the primary internal and external point of contact for your products.
  • Sales & Support Enablement: Support the sales process and collaborate with Customer Support to resolve issues and incidents.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of product management experience delivering high-scale cloud solutions targeted at a technical audience within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Ability to design for large enterprises while serving developers and small businesses.
  • Strong technical acumen to discuss security concepts with engineering teams and translate them for customers.
  • AI-driven productivity mindset to leverage AI tools for autonomous workflow and faster shipping of quality products.
  • Preferred background in web security, API security, application security, or cloud security infrastructure.
