About the role

Internship in Legal & Compliance focusing on contracts, regulatory research, policy development, and compliance reviews with emphasis on financial services regulation, data privacy, AI, and marketing compliance within a fast-moving fintech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support contract drafting and review
  • Conduct regulatory research
  • Help develop and update policies (including privacy notices and AI governance frameworks)
  • Assist with compliance reviews and cross-functional projects (data privacy assessments, AI governance reviews, marketing and advertising compliance reviews)
  • Attend contract reviews, compliance meetings, privacy reviews, and policy discussions with cross-functional teams
  • Participate in workshops and professional development activities
  • Engage with company leadership during networking events

Qualifications

  • Currently in Law School
  • Coursework or exposure in financial services regulation, data privacy law, AI/emerging-technology regulation, or advertising and marketing law
  • Completed at least one internship or clerkship or relevant projects
  • Availability for full-time 8-week program June 21 – August 13, 2027
  • Ability to work in New York City office 3-4 days per week
  • Proactive & collaborative attitude; strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented; eager to learn and grow
