About the role

Design Intern role at OnePay supporting product discovery, interaction design, prototyping, and design systems across active fintech initiatives. Hybrid NYC location, 8-week full-time internship.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in design reviews, critiques, product discovery, and competitive analysis
  • Support product discovery, competitive analysis, interaction design, and prototyping
  • Contribute to the design system and work on real product surfaces from concept through execution
  • Attend workshops focused on technical skills, resume building, interview prep, and professional development
  • Receive mentorship and feedback from manager and dedicated mentor

Qualifications

  • Current Bachelor's student expected to graduate Fall 2027 or Spring 2028 in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or a related field
  • Completed at least one previous internship or built a portfolio of substantial personal/academic design projects
  • Full-time availability June 21 – August 13, 2027, NYC office 3-4 days/week
