About the role

onsite Receiving Specialist role in San Carlos, CA (Temp to Perm) focusing on accepting, processing, verifying, and storing deliveries, with Oracle ERP involvement.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving and signing for deliveries, comparing purchase orders with invoices and packaging lists.
  • Organize and store received items in appropriate areas, update inventory with received items.
  • Process and record corresponding transactions in Oracle.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Handling returns of miss-shipped or damaged merchandise.
  • Other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years of receiving experience in a distribution or warehouse environment or similar experience.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, Spreadsheet and ERP, preferably Oracle.
