About the role

Organ Health Specialist (OHS) to join the Organ Health sales team in Las Vegas, NV, covering Northern Arizona and Southern Utah. Responsible for driving revenue growth and market development in nephrology and transplant markets by cultivating relationships, executing strategic plans, and promoting adoption of diagnostic products, including the Renasight genetic test for kidney disease.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed performance goals through sales strategies, client relationship building, and territory management.
  • Drive market adoption of Natera’s products, contributing to product launches and market expansion.
  • Serve as a local expert on Natera’s technology and services, representing the company with professionalism and technical expertise.
  • Develop and execute tailored local business plans to achieve sales objectives and maximize resources.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent educational background.
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive sales experience, ideally in diagnostic or lab-developed test industry.
  • Proven track record of closing sales, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
  • Existing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in nephrology or specialty medicine.
  • Knowledge of academic medical systems and large hospital systems (IDNs) related to nephrology or specialty medicine.
  • Travel up to 50% - 75% within territory.
