About the role

Account Executive, Geo Enterprise at SpaceXAI: responsible for driving revenue growth by onboarding new logos, building strategic customer relationships, and helping engineering organizations adopt and expand usage of Cursor through a full-cycle enterprise sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from first outreach to close with engineering leaders, CTOs, and procurement teams at leading software companies
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline, meeting and exceeding quarterly targets
  • Develop executive relationships and day-to-day champions within each account; guide prospects through trials, evaluations, and rollouts
  • Quantify value with ROI cases tied to developer productivity and AI adoption
  • Design and execute innovative sales strategies; analyze market trends and translate plans into targeted activities and campaigns
  • Be the voice of the customer and influence the roadmap with actionable feedback

Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of closing experience in tech sales, ideally selling developer tools, technical SaaS, or emerging technologies
  • 1-3 years of experience selling into Enterprise companies
  • Consistent track record of landing new logos and exceeding quota, managing a high velocity of deals
  • Comfort selling to technical stakeholders from ICs to CTOs in complex sales cycles
  • Proactive hunter mentality with pipeline generation from scratch via outbound prospecting and creative sourcing
  • Analytical yet creative approach to understanding customer needs and advancing opportunities
  • Excellent communication and ability to build trust across organizational levels
