About the role

Ramp is scaling the Sales Development organization and hiring a Recruiter to own full-cycle SDR hiring, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer close. The role emphasizes high-volume, autonomous work, collaboration to build the playbook, and use of AI in daily workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline hygiene in Ashby, moving candidates through stages, keeping data clean, and flagging what's stuck.

Qualifications

  • 0 to 2 years in recruiting, sales, or a candidate/client-facing role. SDR/BDR experience is a strong plus.
