About the role

Senior Customer Architect focused on delivering technical leadership for Elastic customers, aligning Elastic solutions with business objectives, driving adoption and ARR growth, and acting as a trusted technical advisor across Observability, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Search.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with account team to provide ongoing technical coverage and support
  • Define the technical success plan for each customer to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure a successful technical customer journey from onboarding to adoption and ongoing consumption
  • Articulate the value proposition of Elastic solutions and align with customer goals
  • Identify and eliminate technical frictions to promote adoption and implementation
  • Liaise between customers and support to optimize resolution experiences
  • Collaborate with Service Team to deliver personalized, frictionless solutions
  • Translate customer business needs into technical requirements for Elastic solutions
  • Identify expansion opportunities and transition to account team for ARR growth
  • Foster ongoing customer relationships to increase utilization and drive ARR
  • Review and assess customer consumption and propose upgrades/enhancements
  • Work onsite with customers and travel as required to meet goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred
  • Validated experience in Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre-sales Engineer roles with hands-on Elastic solutions or equivalent technologies
  • Experience with Elastic solutions (Observability, Security, Enterprise Search) or Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and business alignment
