About the role

Director of Product Design at Endor Labs, building products at the intersection of cyber-security and software development to disrupt the large Application Security market. Full-stack design leadership spanning user research, interaction design, and visual design to deliver delightful security and developer experiences via a SaaS service.

Responsibilities

  • Own the design of core user journeys across the product, from initial flows to polished UI
  • Collaborate with engineering and product to implement new features and refine existing ones
  • Bring clarity to complex user experiences as our product elves and scales
  • Create and maintain a clean, modern visual language inspired
  • Work closely with our Head of Design to articulate and evolve Endor design principles
  • Ensuring that users know what to do without needing to be told

Qualifications

  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates both visual polish and UX depth
  • Passion for building products that are intuitive, beautiful and a joy to use
  • 4-8+ years experience as a Product Designer in a similar role
  • Experience working closely with engineers and understanding implementation constraints
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously
  • Self-starter: You can take ownership of an area and deliver beyond expectations
  • Take pride in your craft: You set a high bar for yourself and those around you; you’re meticulous about the details without losing sight of the big picture
