About the role

Graduate Program — Sales for the Italian market in Milan. Fast-track, 18-month program to become a high-performing Account Executive through rotations and a Sales Academy.

Responsibilities

  • 6 months – BDR SMB (Small Medium Business): generate pipeline from scratch, prospecting, outbound sequences, first touch and meeting setting targeting SMB
  • 6 months – BDR Mid Market (Mid Market): graduate to larger deal sizes, multi-stakeholder prospecting, strategic account mapping, personalized outbound sequences, multi-stakeholder meeting setting targeting Mid-Market accounts
  • 6 months – Account Executive Full-Cycle: end-to-end sales cycle, inbound and self-generated opportunities, discovery calls, demos, objections handling, closing deals, manage inbound leads from BDRs, proactive outbound campaigns, collaborate with Senior AEs and Sales Directors

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate (or up to 1 year experience) with strong interest in B2B sales and tech / AI
  • Consistently top performer in university, sports, projects, or work
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English
  • High drive and resilience, targets, and ability to handle rejection
  • Fast learner, asks tough questions, seeks feedback
  • Willingness to take responsibility early
