About the role

Senior Manager, Growth Marketing responsible for designing, executing, and measuring the account-based marketing (ABM) motion in a fully remote role within Ambience’s Commercial Marketing function, partnering with Sales to target hospital and health-system accounts with measurable campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Design and launch account-based marketing plays. Turn Sales' prioritized target-account list into specific, sequenced campaigns tailored to each account's context and blockers.
  • Own measurement and reporting. Apply Ambience's account-based measurement framework to data from CRM and other systems, evaluate what worked, and report results to shape future plays.
  • Partner directly with Sales on shared accounts. Align on target accounts and resolve discrepancies between marketing and sales views to avoid blockers.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to activate plays. Work with Events, Customer Marketing, and Product Marketing to deliver the right messaging and content through the right channels.
  • Build a repeatable ABM operating rhythm. Establish a durable cadence for proposing, running, measuring, and iterating on account-based plays to scale beyond a single campaign.

Qualifications

  • 6–8+ years of marketing experience with direct exposure to a sales-aligned or account-based motion.
