About the role

AI Deployment PM role within EliseAI’s Future Platforms team, owning customer deployments from discovery to launch and helping scale next-gen AI products for housing. Hands-on with customers and internal teams to ensure successful deployments, drive process improvements, and establish repeatable launch practices.

Responsibilities

  • Own customer deployments and migrations from initial discovery through launch, keeping work on track and resolving blockers
  • Work directly with customer teams, including operations leaders, accounting controllers, and property managers, to understand their processes and requirements
  • Analyze customer data, identify discrepancies, and determine how information should flow into EliseAI’s products
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to investigate issues, set priorities, and translate deployment learnings into product improvements
  • Build practical processes and documentation that make future deployments faster and more reliable
  • Identify and communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in analytical problem-solving and ownership of complex projects (consulting, banking, data analytics, or early-stage startup experience recommended)
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with spreadsheets and imperfect data
  • Ability to spot patterns, identify root causes, and progress despite ambiguity
  • Clear communication skills and confidence working with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter with ownership mindset and willingness to do hands-on deployment work
  • Degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related technical field is a plus
  • Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
