About the role

Sales role focused on expanding existing mid-market accounts, with renewals and expansion quotas in a fast-growing YC-backed company.

Responsibilities

  • Own a book of Hyperbound's existing mid-market accounts and a quota based on growing them.
  • Identify next team, use case, and budget within accounts and run a sales cycle to land expansion.
  • Drive expansion through new seats, new divisions, and new products; turn pilots into company-wide adoption.
  • Renewals are important, but focus is on expansion and multi-threading relationships to reach economic buyers early.
  • Use Practice, Perform, and Kota as expansion paths and determine which is appropriate for each account.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years
