Creative Video Producer / Motion Designer
About the role
Hiring their first dedicated Creative Video Producer and Motion Designer to bring Hyperbound's products, customers, and stories to life through video. Owns end-to-end video production from concept to final cut, collaborating across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Leadership. Flexible for part-time or full-time; contract initially with potential to hire.
Responsibilities
- Own the creative process from concept to final cut for video content
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Leadership to translate complex technology into engaging videos
- Film, edit, color, mix sound, and create motion graphics
- Animate product UI, build titles, lower thirds, end cards, and explainer graphics
- Design static assets (thumbnails, ad variants, social graphics) to match brand
- Manage multiple video projects and deliver polished work with minimal supervision
- Turn feedback into improved work while maintaining creative vision
- Develop and implement video production workflows (preferably from scratch) and coordinate with freelance creatives or production partners as needed
- On-set direction of interviews and on-location shoots
- Produce content for LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Meta ads to drive engagement
- Delivery of final edits and 다양한 cuts for social, web, and sales
Qualifications
- Storytelling instinct with portfolio showing ability to turn complex ideas into compelling video
- End-to-end production skills from concept to delivery
- Technical craft with cameras, lighting, audio, on-location production
- Motion design capability including After Effects; proficiency in Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience directing interviews and capturing high-quality footage
- Ability to build and utilize motion templates and brand systems (highly preferred)
- Experience producing video content for B2B SaaS/tech startups (highly preferred)
- Experience building video production workflows and managing freelance partners (highly preferred)
