About the role

Bisnow Florida team seeks a detail-oriented Events Data Intern to support the marketing and logistics cycle for the HOA event series. The role focuses on email outreach, registration management, and day-of-event coordination, with exposure to how a media and events company runs sponsorship and attendee pipelines from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Email Outreach: Send scheduled email blasts through Salesloft using templates and manage a master send document.
  • Comp Application Review: Review complimentary ticket applications submitted via Google Form and apply qualification guidelines with manager guidance.
  • Comp Entry: Enter approved comps into the backend registration system (full training provided).
  • Attendee Communication: Add approved comps to Google Calendar invites with reminders; send personalized approval emails and final reminders to attendees.

Qualifications

  • Based in the US
  • Strong written communication skills; comfortable representing Bisnow in attendee-facing emails
  • Highly organized with good attention to detail (managing lists, deadlines, recurring tasks)
  • Comfortable learning new software tools (Salesloft, Google Forms, internal registration backend, Google Calendar)
  • Reliable and responsive during the active event marketing window
