About the role
Backcountry – Brand Marketing internship to support influencer sourcing, campaign execution, and community engagement across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms within Backcountry's creator and social commerce programs.
Responsibilities
- Find and vet influencers and UGC creators on TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms
- Manage creator pipelines, content calendars, and product gifting/seeding lists
- Assist with campaign execution from briefing through delivery and reporting
- Support occasional paid social campaigns alongside organic efforts
- Review creator content for FTC compliance, including proper disclosures and sponsored tags
- Monitor social media channels, respond to community interactions, and contribute to light content creation
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of social media trends and platforms
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and emerging creator platforms
- Strong interest in the creator economy and social commerce
- Eager to learn, ask questions, and take initiative on tasks
