Technical Product Analyst role at ION Group as part of the 2027 Leadership Development Program in India (Noida / Mumbai / Pune). Full-time, on-site. Focus on product, data, AI, and business operations to build, improve, and scale ION products for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze product, customer, and business data to identify trends, root causes, risks, and opportunities.
  • Define, track, and measure key product and business metrics.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and scalable analytics solutions that support data-driven decision making.
  • Generate actionable insights and recommendations for Product, Engineering, and business teams.
  • Support the development and maintenance of reliable data assets, pipelines, and reporting capabilities.
  • Assist in building and validating predictive models to support business and product objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation, automation, and process optimization.
  • Design and build analytical tools, automations, and workflow improvements that help teams turn data into action.
  • Evaluate and leverage AI technologies, machine learning capabilities, and emerging tools to improve products and internal operations.
  • Support the implementation, testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI-powered solutions.
  • Contribute to reducing operational complexity through scalable, technology-driven solutions.
  • Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define requirements, validate product ideas, and measure outcomes.
  • Support product strategy, roadmap planning, and feature development through data-driven recommendations.
  • Build a deep understanding of customer workflows, product usage patterns, and business requirements.
  • Collaborate directly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand challenges, resolve issues, and support product adoption.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Own initiatives end-to-end, from problem identification and analysis through delivery and measurable business outcome.
