About the role

Senior Enterprise Systems Developer focused on Procurement and Spend Management at Cloudflare, owning Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) applications, with integration, AI initiatives, security/compliance, and collaboration with Procurement, Legal, and Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary subject-matter expert and developer for Cloudflare’s Procurement technology stack (Zip, Ironclad, Oracle Procurement, Coupa).
  • Manage user provisioning, RBAC, and security settings for purchasing limits and contract approvals.
  • Manage application environments (Production vs. Sandbox/Demo) and ensure data/release alignment across environments.
  • Monitor application performance, manage incident workflows, and meet ticket SLAs for Procurement.
  • Provide Tier 3 support and end-user enablement as the escalation point for procurement system issues.
  • Act as the Subject-Matter Expert for integrations across the procurement lifecycle (data flows between Zip, Ironclad, Oracle Fusion, Coupa).
  • Design, build, and deploy custom system enhancements, automated workflows, template generation, and API integrations between procurement platforms and ERP.
  • Lead evaluation, implementation, and governance of native AI features within the P2P stack to accelerate procurement cycles.
  • Monitor vendor updates/roadmaps (Zip, Ironclad); lead impact assessments, manage upgrades, educate stakeholders on new functionality and AI opportunities.
  • Partner with Procurement, Legal, and Finance to translate business requirements into system solutions.
  • Own design/configuration/delivery of complex workflows (global P2P, dynamic intake routing, automated contract approvals).
  • Support migration from legacy systems (e.g., Coupa) with zero disruption during transition.
  • Spearhead ITGC and data governance for spend/vendor data; execute Quarterly Access Reviews (UAR) and enforce SoD within purchasing cycle.
  • Ensure AI features and data sharing adhere to SOX compliance and audit readiness for financial and contract records.
  • Maintain architecture documentation, process maps, and business continuity/disaster recovery plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise systems development and administration, with a focus on Procurement/P2P systems
