About the role

Senior Enterprise Systems Developer focusing on core financial operations (O2C, Revenue Management, R2R) with primary ownership of NetSuite, Zuora RevPro, and Oracle Fusion Cloud (O2C/R2R GL). Hybrid role based in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary subject-matter expert and developer for Cloudflare’s O2C and R2R technology stack (NetSuite, Zuora RevPro, Oracle Fusion).
  • Manage user provisioning, RBAC, and security settings for billing approvals, journal entry limits, GL access, and revenue posting.
  • Manage application environments (Production vs. Sandbox/Release Preview) and align data/release aspects for safe testing of financial changes.
  • Monitor performance and incident workflows to meet ticket SLAs for Finance, especially during month-end/quarter-end close.
  • Provide Tier 3 support and end-user enablement as the escalation point for financial system issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise systems development and administration with a focus on Financial ERPs
