About the role

Build and manage the infrastructure that powers Ema's AI platform. Design cloud systems, automate deployments, and ensure scalable, reliable operations to support millions of enterprises.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain Kubernetes clusters and cloud infrastructure
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and Ansible
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for fast, safe deployments
  • Build observability systems (logging, monitoring, alerting)
  • Ensure security, performance, and reliability at scale
  • Support multi-tenant SaaS architecture and scaling

Qualifications

  • 4+ years DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering experience
  • Expert-level Kubernetes and containerization knowledge
  • Terraform and infrastructure-as-code proficiency
  • Cloud platform mastery (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • Strong systems thinking and distributed systems knowledge
  • B.Tech in CS/ECE from IIT/NIT/IIIT/BITS or equivalent
