About the role

Endex builds AI agents for high-demand teams and is hiring an Account Executive to own the full deal lifecycle, influence product direction, and help shape GTM strategy in a high-ownership sales role.

Responsibilities

  • Own Deals End-to-End: Run the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. Build relationships with finance teams, understand their workflows, and show them what's possible with Endex.
  • Shape Product Direction: Translate financial professionals' needs into product feedback, feature requests, and roadmap input.
  • Inform GTM Strategy: Help prioritize segments, position against alternatives, and craft messaging.
  • Build Pipeline Systems: Create and optimize processes that turn interest into revenue; collaborate with marketing on content and campaigns.
  • Expand Into New Verticals: Identify and validate new markets leveraging network and industry knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Complex enterprise seller. 2+ years in a complex, technical enterprise sale; experience with security reviews and procurement cycles.
  • Credible with experts: ability to engage with analysts, consultants, accountants or operators without an SE.
  • Hungry to sell: motivation to close deals with large firms and view GTM as a craft.
  • Strong opinions on the product: ideas on build and positioning to share.
  • Relentlessly resourceful: ability to move fast and leverage networks without a fixed playbook.
  • Versatile problem-solver: curious, quick learner, eager to take on diverse challenges.
