About the role

Endex builds AI agents that handle complex, end-to-end work for demanding teams. The role focuses on deployment, onboarding, adoption and renewal to ensure customers succeed with Endex across accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Own Customer Outcomes: be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts from signature through renewal.
  • Lead Deployments: get new customers live fast, run kickoffs, configure integrations and collaborate with IT and InfoSec to production.
  • Train and Enable Users: run onboarding sessions and workshops across email, Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint to ensure every user is productive in their first week.
  • Drive Adoption: monitor usage, identify value, replicate it across the firm and expand pilots to firmwide deployment.
  • Protect and Expand Accounts: identify risk early and surface expansion opportunities; partner with AEs on renewals and upsells.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer: translate requests and edge cases into product feedback, bug reports and roadmap input.
  • Build the Function: create onboarding playbooks, health metrics and scalable support processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer leader: 2+ years in customer success, account management, implementation or consulting with experience owning enterprise accounts and growing them.
  • Customer-obsessed: strong follow-through and reliability in helping customers succeed.
  • Technically fluent: quick learner of software and able to explain it; comfortable with integrations, security questions and edge cases with engineers.
  • Credible with experts: ability to work with analysts, operators and executives and learn domain-specific language.
  • Commercially minded: understands renewals and expansion as part of the role.
  • Relentlessly resourceful: ability to move fast, leverage networks and solve problems without a fixed playbook.
