About the role

Senior-level role focusing on leading cross-functional, strategic operational initiatives to drive growth at a remote-first mental health company. Individual contributor responsible for end-to-end project lifecycle, from problem decomposition and data-driven recommendations to executing scalable solutions with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

  • spearhead impactful, complex, and strategic cross-functional projects that drive growth
  • operate across all stages of initiatives from problem framing to execution
  • set mental models, decompose problems, and make data-driven recommendations
  • establish project requirements and coordinate cross-functional partners
  • ensure end-to-end ownership and independent execution to achieve measurable impact

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of combined experience in management consulting, Business Operations and Strategy, financial analysis, demand planning, or strategic planning roles within high-growth or mid-sized companies
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or higher degree
  • Intermediate analytical modeling skills (e.g. Google Sheets and Excel), and proficiency leveraging SQL to regularly write queries independently
  • Demonstrated ability to convert goals into operational plans across multidisciplinary teams, including performance measurement and system and/or mechanism design
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with a demonstrated ability to tailor messaging for audiences of diverse specializations and high seniority
  • Strong executive presence, with experience partnering directly with senior leaders, driving alignment, and confidently facilitating challenging conversations
