About the role

SpaceXSI is building the Super Intelligence stack and seeking a Forward Deployed Strategist to own strategic customer engagements from discovery through delivery, translating business problems into scoped, ROI-driven projects and maintaining executive relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Scope FDE projects by translating ambiguous business problems into concrete, time-boxed deliverables with clear ROI
  • Lead technical discovery and architecture reviews to validate feasibility
  • Work side by side with the FDE on the technical build including workflows, settings, integrations, and platform tooling (non-heavy code)
  • Own technical enablement and adoption: train, build playbooks and reference workflows, coach the customer until self-sufficient
  • Monitor technical feasibility and adjust scope as needed to prevent drift
  • Identify and scope expansion opportunities during delivery with the account team
  • Escalate product gaps and integrations with specificity to drive roadmap decisions
  • Build reusable playbooks to elevate the broader FDE org
  • Establish and maintain executive relationships from kickoff through handoff
  • Sell the vision and plan to C-suite stakeholders
  • Translate between business outcomes and technical implementation for sponsors and build teams

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in Solutions Architecture, Deployment Strategy, technical consulting, or Engagement Manager with AI-production workflow scope and delivery experience
  • Strong understanding of agentic coding and LLMs, ability to discuss production behavior and resilient workflows with senior engineers (coding not required)
  • Hands-on familiarity with Cursor workflows, integrations, and platform configuration; ability to read Python / JS-TS to partner with an FDE
  • Experience shipping AI-native workflows beyond prototypes and discerning real production constraints
  • Proven ability to assess unfamiliar enterprise engineering organizations, identify high-leverage interventions, and deliver value in weeks
  • Executive presence to own C-suite relationships and technical credibility with engineering leads
  • Domain depth in FSI, insurance, telecom, high-tech, healthcare/life sciences, or semiconductor is a strong plus
