About the role

Elastic is seeking a Federal Account Executive to lead and scale the footprint across HHS HQ and key divisions (CMS, CDC, and operating divisions such as OIG, ARPA-H, ASPR, AHRQ, SAMHSA) with a focus on HQ. The role drives adoption of Elastic’s Search AI, Security, and Observability solutions within federal health agencies, navigating complex procurement, and displacing legacy SIEM and monitoring vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Adoption: Expand the adoption of Elastic’s Search AI, Security, and Observability solutions across key HHS health operating divisions.

Qualifications

  • Proven Track Record: Quota overachievement with multi-million-dollar FEDCiv enterprise SaaS/cloud deals.

Skills

Required:Enterprise SaaS / Cloud software salesFederal procurement & sales cyclesRelationship management with agency buyers
