About the role

Solutions Engineer for the APJ team at Twilio, focusing on designing and building next-generation customer engagement experiences powered by Twilio’s Customer Engagement Platform, blending voice, messaging, AI, and human-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Discovery & Scoping: Lead client discovery sessions to identify business challenges, goals, and core value drivers.
  • Solution Design: Translate complex customer requirements into high-level future-state architecture and implementation roadmaps.
  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver customized software demos, presentations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for audiences ranging from front-line staff to C-level executives.
  • Sales Support: Address technical objections, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and partner closely with Account Executives to accelerate deal closures.

Qualifications

  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of cloud computing, cPaaS, AI.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional public speaking, storytelling, interpersonal, and consensus-building capabilities.
  • Curious of technology and willingness to learn new technology
