About the role

Lead and own Parloa's social presence and influence-building efforts across LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels. Shape content strategy, position executives, and build relationships with influential voices in the B2B tech space. Not a passive social media role; focus on influence, content quality, and strategic impact.

Responsibilities

  • Define Parloa's social messaging and tone across channels.
  • Turn launches, industry news, research, events, and company moments into engaging content.
  • Connect and amplify ideas from executives, creators, customers, and the industry.
  • Experiment with writing, video, data, humor, and new formats.
  • Say no to content that exists only because someone thinks we should post it.
  • Plan and execute Parloa’s social media editorial calendar.
  • Own social media metrics/KPIs and use data to identify opportunities.

Qualifications

  • More than 5 years of experience in managing social media and growing online communities.
  • Exceptional editor and writer with a sharp, human voice.
  • Deep understanding of how ideas, people, and narratives spread online in B2B tech.
  • Know what makes a person or brand worth following.
  • Ability to manage agencies and keep external partners accountable.
  • Ability to build genuine relationships with influential people.
  • Comfortable pushing for a stronger point of view.
  • Ability to move quickly when something interesting is happening.
