About the role

Lead Solutions Engineer driving the technical sales process for enterprise prospects, delivering tailored demos, solution architectures, and customer advocacy to move deals from evaluation to commitment, with travel 20-30%.

Responsibilities

  • Co-own accounts and sales campaigns with assigned sellers, leading every technical stage of the deal cycle
  • Build tailored demos and conversational AI experiences across voice and chat, showing integrations with customer systems
  • Design scalable architectures and address data security and compliance requirements
  • Bring customer needs into product roadmap discussions with Product Management, Customer Success, and Sales Enablement
  • Improve internal processes and documentation, represent Parloa at client on-sites and events (20-30% travel)

Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally at a SaaS vendor
  • Strong grasp of enterprise sales processes and MEDDPICC
  • Deep experience in contact center (CCaaS or UCaaS), VoIP, and telephony (call flow, voice, chat design)
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise tech stacks (Azure, AWS, GCP) and API integration
  • Working understanding of Generative AI and LLMs, with competency in prompt engineering and design
  • Confident presenter with credibility in technical and executive settings; experience with Channel, ISV, or GSI partners or fast-paced startups is a plus
