About the role
Neko Health is expanding into the US market and seeks a Workforce Management Lead to ensure staffing, shift structures, and labor resources align with growth while maintaining service levels and cost efficiency. This is a strategic, data-driven role focused on labor analytics, AI-enabled workforce design, and day-to-day rota scheduling support.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end analysis of labour performance and metrics from raw data through to strategic read for leadership
- Develop short- and long-term labor forecasts using historical data, seasonality trends, and business growth projections
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on staffing and operational decisions during demand surges
- Explore AI-enabled approaches to shift-pattern design, coverage modeling, and forecasting accuracy
- Identify and pilot opportunities where AI or automation can improve staffing efficiency and decision quality
- Design and build forecasting models, dashboards, and staffing tools
- Structure the tech stack for scheduling, time tracking, and leave management, identifying automation opportunities
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Medical Operations to manage absenteeism, overtime, and productivity gaps
- Support rota scheduling and shift coverage across clinics in multiple geographies
- Support shift bid processes and rotations to optimize coverage and employee satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience building a workforce forecasting model, staffing tool, or scheduling dashboard from scratch
- Experience applying AI or machine-learning methods to workforce planning, forecasting, or scheduling
- Owned workforce planning and labour-metrics analysis across multiple sites
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL) and workforce planning systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
