About the role

Chief of Staff to the EVP of Global Ad Sales, acting as a strategic operator, executive proxy, and force multiplier to scale executive attention, accelerate decision velocity, and translate Global Sales Organization priorities into clear execution and follow-through. Based in London or New York.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Alignment & Prioritization: Filter & Route Inquiries; Executive Proxy & Strategic Alignment; Surface Field Signals; Pre-Frame Executive Decisions
  • Operational Rhythm & Business Cadence: Orchestrate Business Cadence; Cross-Functional Alignment with Sales Strategy & Operations; Executive Communications & Collateral
  • Track Strategic Priorities & Follow-Through: Track & Report on Key Commercial Initiatives; Accountability & Execution; Cross-Functional Initiative Support

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in a Sales/revenue/business strategy & operations role within an ad sales organization
  • Deep understanding of the rhythm of the business in a high-growth environment
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data/insights and build actionable strategies
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels
  • Proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-oriented and committed to driving measurable impact
  • Innovative operator, accustomed to leveraging technology (i.e. AI, tooling) to scale and improve team effectiveness
