About the role

Senior Product Manager for a distributed, LATAM-focused project in the marketplace sector. Lead AI-enabled initiatives, own the product roadmap for a classified marketplace platform, and drive adoption of AI across product, sales, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap and priorities for a classified marketplace platform.
  • Turn business needs into clear requirements, working closely with engineers.
  • Plan roadmap work across the platform, including legacy systems.
  • Drive AI-enabled initiatives from discovery through to delivery.
  • Help product, sales and marketing teams adopt AI in their daily work, and track the impact.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager, ideally in marketplaces or digital platforms.
  • Experience taking products from zero to one.
  • Comfortable working closely with engineering teams and understanding how technical decisions shape product decisions.
  • Experience working with legacy systems, ideally including platform migrations.
  • Clear communicator who makes decisions with incomplete information and is proactive in driving them forward.
