About the role

Head of Influencer Marketing at Emergent, leading the creator channel end-to-end to drive reach, cost efficiency, and measurable impact for an AI-powered software platform.

Responsibilities

  • Own the plan and the budget: build the channel plan bottom-up, defend the investment, and own the return on it
  • Own cost of attention: reduce cost per thousand impressions without sacrificing quality or relevance
  • Own the creator mix: decide which creators, tiers, formats, and markets earn our spend, and rebalance as data changes
  • Build the trend engine: spot trends early, turn them into briefs quickly, and create a repeatable loop for virality
  • Run operations and measurement: track performance daily, maintain accurate attribution and reporting, uphold high execution standards across a high-volume channel
  • Manage agency partners: select, brief, and manage agency partners, and decide what runs through them versus directly with creators
  • Lead the team: lead and grow an existing team and build bench beneath you

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or creator/influencer roles, including time leading a team
  • Track record of running creator or influencer programmes at scale with budget ownership and measurable results
  • Ability to build a bottom-up plan, defend the investment, and be accountable for outcomes
  • Strong commercial and analytical instincts: fluent in cost per mille, funnel metrics, and plan-vs-actual tracking
  • Genuine content instinct and deep familiarity with social platforms and what content travels
  • Discipline to run a high-volume channel with clean tracking and fast decision-making
  • Experience managing agency partners and negotiating with creators or their representatives
