About the role

Leading the multi-year implementation to replace on-premises Infor M3 13.4 with Infor CloudSuite for Fashion, overseeing governance, budget, resourcing, and delivery across regions and workstreams, with executive-level accountability and post-go-live responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Integrated Planning & Deliver: Serve as the senior program voice to Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales/Customer Service leadership; drive decisions on requirements; refine and operate the four-tier governance model; manage scope, timeline, capacity, and change impact.
  • Executive Partnership & Decision-Making: Represent the program to executive stakeholders; articulate trade-offs and recommendations; maintain governance and escalation pathways.
  • Budget, Value & Capacity: Own bottoms-up program budget; connect work to value and cost; forecast spend and variances; manage capacity and onboarding for contractors.
  • Leading the Project Management Team: Lead Senior Project Managers; set delivery standards; enable autonomous decision-making; coach on risk and dependency management; define roles and responsibilities.
  • Partner Management: Own delivery accountability of Infor as SI/vendor; manage SOWs, milestones, change orders, and contracts; monitor planned vs earned value.
  • Change Management, Training & Adoption: Shape change strategy; balance adoption with efficiency; measure readiness and adjust go-live plans.
  • Risk, Cutover & Compliance: Maintain RAID log; drive cutover strategy; ensure IT controls and data privacy compliance across regions.
  • Steady-State Ownership (Post Go-Live): Own release governance, enhancement roadmap, regional enablement, AI-enabled productivity use cases, and ongoing optimization with Infor Velocity Suite.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years leading large-scale multi-region enterprise technology programs/projects, ideally in CPG or Sporting Goods/Fashion Retail
  • At least three full lifecycle Cloud ERP implementations (Infor CloudSuite, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Oracle Cloud ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365) with at least one led from inception to go-live
  • Hands-on financial modeling and resource planning; ability to defend assumptions
  • Excellent communication and executive presence with track record of influencing senior leaders
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and large blended teams (internal, contractor, vendor)
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (O2C, P2P, R2R, Inventory & Supply Planning, Distribution & Logistics)
