About the role

The Dishwasher is a Team Member position in the food and beverage department focused on back-of-house support, ensuring cleaning, sanitation, and preparation tasks are completed to high standards under culinary management.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all dish/small/cookware is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, and returned in proper order
  • Assists the Culinary Management team to prepare for and execute all cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Cleaning and proper storage of all dishes & smallwares

Qualifications

  • High School education or equivalent
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing work environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • High integrity and professionalism
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Able to work ten hour-plus shifts, plus ability to stand, sit, squat or walk for extended periods of time, walk up and down stairs
  • Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • A positive, joyful, upbeat and energetic attitude – leading by example
