About the role

Operationally supports enterprise client partnerships remotely, ensuring data integrity, on-time delivery of requests, and continuous process improvement to strengthen client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Operational Excellence: act as the internal lead support for Senior Client Managers, managing account deliverables, tracking SLAs, and ensuring client requests are delivered on time.
  • Maintain Data & Inventory Integrity: oversee inbound and outbound client data exchanges to catch defects early, conduct monthly inventory reconciliations, and generate accurate performance reports for growth clients.
  • Resolve Roadblocks: partner with internal teams across Client Operations, Account Servicing, and Process to solve tactical issues and eliminate day-to-day friction.
  • Optimize Operations: document process improvement opportunities with a focus on shortening the time-to-first-placement window for client accounts.
  • Support Team Success: serve as a dependable, solutions-oriented resource for both internal teams and external clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Collections Experienced: prior experience in a collections environment and understand the operational nuances of the industry.
  • Detail-Oriented & Analytical: strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • A Skilled Communicator: exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • A Problem Solver: excels at conflict resolution, time management, and prioritizing multiple deliverables in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Customer-Centric: commitment to delivering best-in-class service and maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude.
