About the role

Hybrid role at Cloudflare focusing on technical customer support for Developer Platform products (Workers, Workers AI, Pages, KV, Stream, R2, D1, DO, etc.), helping customers and collaborating with Technical Operations to maintain Cloudflare’s global network.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers on Developer Platform products (Workers, Workers AI, Pages, KV, Stream, R2, D1, DO, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Technical Operations to run and maintain Cloudflare's global distributed network.
  • Diagnose and resolve HTTP, DNS, and other networking-related issues.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via email, live chat, phone, and virtual meetings.
  • Learn and deepen understanding of Cloudflare technology and internet technologies.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Developer Platform products
  • Experience in a customer-facing, team-based role
  • Experience solving HTTP, DNS and networking problems
  • Experience with a common web development language (e.g., JavaScript)
  • Understanding of how the Internet works
  • Experience in a support role with a track record of resolving tickets
  • Strong communication skills across support channels (email, chat, phone, meetings)
  • Self-motivated and eager to expand skill set
