About the role

Principal individual contributor role to drive data strategy and execution for Cloudflare's Revenue Operations, focusing on building scalable data infrastructure, governance, and AI-enabled automation to support GTM data needs.

Responsibilities

  • Build a roadmap to improve data strategy and governance for customer and firmographic data
  • Build and execute AI implementations to reduce data-related inefficiencies
  • Engage with Data, Intelligence, Analytics, IT to implement and optimize data management tools
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to establish advanced governance to reduce friction between Field needs and data governance
  • Create and maintain playbooks and documentation for repeatable tasks and policy compliance
  • Identify and partner with data source owners in CRM to ensure accountability
  • Address data-related issues with stakeholders and manage change communication

Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Sales Operations or a CRM architecture function
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to build automation and simplify decision making
  • Strong proficiency in building account hierarchies for fast-growing B2B/B2C companies
  • Extensive experience in scaling global data quality, including deduplication, firmographic, and technographic data enrichment
  • Experience evaluating integrations between CRM and external data systems
  • Experience using various firmographic data sources and leveraging them
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce tooling ecosystem and related teams
  • Track record of driving multiple complex projects to on-time completion in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong quantitative skills and high data fluency
  • Ability to map data models and strong data engineering skills
