About the role

Senior Product Manager responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of Cloudflare's Threat Intelligence portfolio, turning network signals and security research into timely, actionable intelligence to improve detection and response across the security product portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Own the priorities and scope for a high performing engineering team focusing on detecting advanced threat actors.
  • Connect engineering, program management, marketing, revenue, and partners to ensure timely, high-impact releases.
  • Excel across teams by prioritizing systemic improvements for enterprise customers.
  • Be customer obsessed: engage with customers to understand usage and feed insights into the roadmap.
  • Join pre-sales and post-sales calls with customers, sales, support, etc., to assist with and understand all phases of the customer lifecycle.
  • Be data driven: analyze data to quantify problems and opportunities in the space.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager delivering cloud-scale solutions for a technical audience.
  • Customer focus with ability to design for enterprises without compromising individuals/small businesses.
  • AI Fluency: experience using AI assistants, coding tools, and agentic workflows in an AI-native environment (e.g., OpenCode).
  • Stakeholder management: experience managing complex escalations and leading high-profile engagements (e.g., Quarterly Business Reviews); ability to deliver updates to executive stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Technical Acumen: ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts for customers and engage in deep technical discussions with engineering teams.
  • Preferred: experience in threat intelligence, adversary tactics, TI frameworks, and intelligence requirements/prioritization concepts.
