About the role

First Dashboard & Configuration Product Manager for Cloudflare's Web Integrity & Trust product suite, owning the design and interaction model for a largely inventing set of product categories, with focus on making probabilistic traffic trust decisions legible and actionable for security analysts, marketing, and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Define interaction model and coherent product experience across a suite of product categories they are largely inventing.
  • Envision the product experience from navigation and configuration to exploration, investigation, and proving value of Cloudflare's network data.
  • Make complex, high-dimensional systems legible to users across security, fraud, observability, analytics, and related domains.
  • Lead design and product decisions with a focus on data visualization and information architecture.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Product and cross-functionally with PMs leading each product line.
  • Own 0-to-1 product development, shaping what the product is as well as how it looks.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a product inventor who can define ambiguous problem spaces and articulate a clear product direction for enterprise customers.
  • Ability to simplify complex, high-dimensional systems for users in demanding domains (security, fraud, observability, analytics, etc.).
  • Fluent use of AI in product design and judgment on where it accelerates work.
  • Independent design conviction and experience in spaces with little prior art.
  • Strong craft across problem definition, experience requirements, information architecture, and data visualization.
